world cup is getting very exciting now! this world cup is much much better than the last. pity that the dutchs and czechs are already out of the competition. most of the teams left in the quarter finals are really strong contenders for the cup.. except for a particular country who relies on their captain to deliver and blames him for all crap. and all they hype about this year being their year and that they will win it.. i really think they should take a look at the tapes of their opponents.
oh well... more exciting matches ahead! the world cup can only get better =)

1) i watch almost all world cup matches
2) i read the sport section and surf soccernet
3) i know what is the offside rule
4) i support arsenal and not beckham/man utd/real madrid
5) i watch, talk and blog about soccer

summer rain
its quite amazing how an academic year passes by so quickly. anw.. im back home in singapore. a long summer break for me to do anything and nothing. i can get to enjoy my daily dosage of straits times and cable tv programmes, sit down comfortably in front of my tv and watch world cup, bask under the sun, enjoy the occasional downpour, read my storybooks and catch up with the happenings back at home. friends.. feel free to call me out any time!
anw.. i saw a rainbow on the plane. it was in between the clouds and surprisingly below the plane. it made me wonder how high is the sky and the radius of earth. and then i started thinking about science and reflection. haha. rainbows are such pretty things! and they signify a new beginning =)
