i was being so selfish and i hate myself for doing that. i should stop thinking when im in a bad state of mind because i would only think of negative things. suck. welfare maximisation man, not pareto efficiency.

ok it sounds like im talking in cryptic language but whatever. its not meant for pple who are spying on my blog anw. alright, norway to come in a few days time. i dont know what to expect out of it, just wanna chill and spend quality time with my beloved cuz/buddy. she's probably the closest i have to a sister, but its quite ironic how we spend so little time catching up these days. she's getting a bit homesick, and im trying to think of what i can bring over for her. any suggestions? (it must be able to fit into my handcarry because stupid ryanair charges for check-in luggages)

speaking of ryanair, i dont know how horrible it is. right now the worst airline on my list is tiger, and hopefully ryan doesnt top that. i cant remember if i have ever flew with them, but i just hope the leg room is enough for me. my height should be considered average in europe right? i dont think im pampered/spoilt.. cos if i am i would have flown star alliance long ago. ok i dont think many would understand the importance of leg room. oh well. hahaha.

its second week into easter already. life has been good. im almost done with prison break 2. (yes that is pretty scary i realised) right now things are operating in a semi-routine manner.. though it might be getting abit boring.. i just hope i dont start to dread it anytime soon. things should start getting hectic by the third week.. and hopefully everything will work out. ok i dont want to start thinking about possible scenarios that may happen in future. cos when things are bad i only have bad thoughts, and it only make things worse.

A reporter asked President John F. Kennedy in 1964 why he introduced tax cuts. And JFK replied "to stimulate the economy. Don't you remember your Economics 101?"

ok this is not exactly funny, but I think Keynesian economics is actually very inspiring.. although most economists now are probably monetarists. I'm still deciding if I should take international or monetary economics next year. I think when economics becomes too focused, everything starts to become dry and technical. I like the way everything falls into place in macroeconomics, how one theory can lead to another. And if you are lucky enough to make an observation before everyone else, like how the Japanese economist Inada made for the Solow model, you may get credited and have a condition or law or theorem (if you are more pro) after you. haha ok. enough of nonsense. ttfn.

it's the second last day of lent term and im already in holiday mood. finally handed in my project and essay yesterday. no more editing. no more graphs. no more microsoft word or excel. yays. and i've been secretly undergoing some retail therapy the past week, sneaking in some haircut and shopping on my way home from school. that's the problem when you stay in the heart of london, you just can't run away from the retail giants. it's quite amazing how shopping can make me so happy. it takes my mind off things and those pretty summer colours just brightens up my day instantly. these days the weather has been very lovely and sunny, and when it gets warmer i wanna have a pinic at hyde park. haha.

X

X is an unknown variable, and is highly desirable. It is inconspicuous, and can be only spotted by self-proclaimed experts. Although everyone has at least 1 X chromosome in every single cell found in them, it does not mean that everyone has the "X-factor". Those who do not possess X are often discriminated in the modern society that favours the Elites. They often find themselves end up getting "axed" in selection processes. Only the fittest surivives.

Why are you trying so hard to fit in when you are born to stand out?
